At T-Rex Stream, we value the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The request is made within the 7-day period.
- You have encountered technical issues that our support team could not resolve.
- The software has not been used extensively or for abusive purposes.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Requests made after the 7-day period.
- Change of mind after successful use of the software.
- Issues related to third-party services (e.g., Gmail or Spotify account bans) that are outside of our control.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please fill out our official Refund Request form or contact our support team via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Note: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
